AniCura Group is looking for a Senior Health & Safety, Risk & Security Manager to lead the development and implementation of health, safety, fire, risk, and security strategies across the Netherlands. This role involves shaping the compliance framework, translating priorities into improvement programs, and partnering with senior leaders and operational teams.

What you will do

Lead development and implementation of health, safety, fire, risk, and security strategies
Shape compliance framework and HSRS strategy
Translate priorities into improvement programs
Partner with senior leaders and operational teams
Deliver projects including ISO 45001 management system implementation

What you bring

8+ years multi-site health and safety experience
Native-level Dutch and fluent business English
Ability to travel 20% across Central Europe
Regular presence in Amsterdam office
NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent
Tech IOSH membership

Nice to have

Additional NEBOSH Fire or CDM qualification
