Sia is looking for a (Senior) Manager Financial Services to lead teams and deliver impactful project work from its Amsterdam office or at client sites. In this role, you will drive large program engagements, mentor senior team members, and help strengthen Sia's presence in the Dutch market.
What you will do
- Lead teams and deliver project work from Amsterdam office or client site
- Sell and deliver large program engagements
- Mentor and develop senior team members
- Collaborate with other Sia offices and participate in cross-selling
- Track financial services industry developments and contribute to Sia brand in Dutch market
- Work on projects covering strategy, business improvement, regulatory risk, innovation, and project management
What you bring
- Completed Master's Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in management consulting
- English and Dutch speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong network within Dutch banking or insurance market
- Experienced in business development and sales of consulting services
- Strong interest in data and AI-related topics
