About the job

EVERIENCE is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to lead discovery workshops and design solutions across Field Service, Sales, and Customer Insights. You will configure, extend, and maintain Dynamics 365 environments while collaborating with diverse teams.

What you will do

  • Lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into process models, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs
  • Design, configure, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Project Operations Core
  • Build and maintain Dataverse data models, Model-Driven Apps, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, and automated workflows
  • Design and implement security roles, integrations, data migrations, application lifecycle management, and CI/CD processes
  • Lead testing activities, user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, training, go-live support, hypercare, and solution documentation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, integration teams, and third-party vendors

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Project Operations Core
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Professional proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Experience building Model-Driven Apps, custom tables, forms, views, dashboards, and custom pages
  • Hands-on development experience with JavaScript, C#/.NET plug-ins, custom APIs, Dataverse Web API, and REST integrations

  • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications
