Ore Energy is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to take ownership of manufacturing processes for their first commercial plant in Amsterdam. You will lead the development of process engineering methodologies and mentor junior team members.
What you will do
- Own and optimize manufacturing processes for first commercial plant
- Develop process engineering methodologies and standards
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Design and deliver technical solutions for manufacturing
- Lead equipment selection and vendor management
- Oversee equipment installation and commissioning
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Process, or Industrial Engineering
- 6-9 years of experience in heavy industrial or advanced production environments
- Track record of leading process engineering projects from design to production
- Experience with powder metallurgy, sintering, or powder mixing
- Strong foundation in engineering methodologies and problem-solving
- Experience managing international equipment suppliers
Nice to have
- Startup or scale-up experience
