About the job

Tebi is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the design of core hospitality service flows and payment experiences. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers to shape the roadmap and champion merchant needs.

What you will do

Own design for core hospitality service flows
Design payment flows including checkout and bill splitting
Own the design system in the native app
Work AI-first and prototype in code
Champion merchants and understand their needs
Shape product roadmap with PM and engineers

What you bring

Led end-to-end design on a product people depend on
Make complex things feel simple
Comfortable with complex systems and edge cases
Use AI tools or willing to learn fast

Nice to have

Experience with native apps for tablets or handhelds
Experience in payments or fintech
Experience with multi-device products or hardware
Experience building or running a design system
Hospitality experience including working a shift
