About the job

Tebi is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will optimize HubSpot workflows, improve data integrations, and support sales and customer operations.

What you will do

Configure and improve HubSpot workflows, properties, integrations and reporting
Connect meeting summaries and outcomes to HubSpot fields
Build prospect lists and enrichment workflows
Document system logic and configuration decisions
Bring data from backend and data warehouse into HubSpot and Vitally
Develop rules and scoring for expansion and upsell opportunities

What you bring

Around five or more years of relevant experience in RevOps, GTM systems, sales operations, customer operations or related systems role
Deep hands-on HubSpot experience including workflows, custom properties, reporting and integrations
Experience connecting systems and designing automation
Strong SQL skills and comfort with data warehouse and data transformation tools
Experience supporting Sales, Account Management or Customer Success teams
Ability to map messy processes, identify problems, build practical solutions and bring users along

Nice to have

Experience with Vitally, Intercom, Customer.io, AI enablement platforms like Gong or similar tools
Experience with BigQuery, Dataform, Metabase or comparable analytics tools
B2B SaaS experience in a growing company
Familiarity with hospitality technology, POS, payments or merchant services
Experience applying AI to operational workflows with attention to data quality and human review
