About the job
Tebi is looking for an Events & Community Manager to lead event initiatives across multiple markets. The role focuses on building partner networks, executing events, and turning connections into business opportunities.
What you will do
- Plan and deliver partner and owned events in 2-3 markets at a time
- Build event playbooks, checklists, and supplier lists
- Develop local partner networks for introductions and referrals
- Feature merchants as hosts and anchors at events
- Track event outcomes in CRM and convert connections into pipeline
- Create social content and case studies from events
What you bring
- Built an event series, community, or program that led to results
- Experience in hospitality or food and drink brands
- High agency and self-directed
- Able to build playbooks and execute hands-on
- Comfortable with CRM, UTMs, and reporting
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, or a Nordic language
- Experience with HubSpot
