Fastned is a fast-growing company building a network of fast-charging stations for electric vehicles across Europe. As Senior Project Development Manager, you will lead complex cross-functional projects to improve how the Network Development team operates. You will drive change by creating structure, alignment, and practical solutions for growth challenges.

What you will do

Lead complex cross-functional projects from problem definition to implementation
Improve processes, collaboration, tools, ways of working, or decision-making across Network Development
Create project plans, milestones, decision points, and ownership
Work with stakeholders at all levels to create alignment and guide change
Analyze bottlenecks, growth challenges, or efficiency blockers using data and stakeholder input
Design practical improvements such as workflows, templates, playbooks, decision frameworks, or guidelines

What you bring

6+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects from problem definition to hands-on implementation
Proven experience in improving business processes, ways of working, or operating models
Ability to translate unclear problems into structured approaches with practical solutions
Comfortable working in a scale-up environment with changing priorities
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Open to regular travel within Europe
