About the job
Eye Security is looking for a Senior SOC Analyst to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will take ownership of escalated security alerts and drive team workload adherence. You will also mentor junior and mid-level colleagues while managing client communication in high-risk situations.
What you will do
- Monitor security alerts and perform initial triage
- Take ownership of escalated and complex alerts
- Own client communication for assigned alerts
- Execute containment actions and approve escalations
- Own team workload and service-level adherence
- Mentor junior and mid-level colleagues
What you bring
- 4+ years hands-on SOC/security operations experience
- Proven ability to own and drive team SLA/workload independently
- Strong client communication in high-risk situations
- Track record mentoring junior colleagues
- Solid log analysis and EDR platform experience
- Language fluency matching client base; English internally; Dutch or German required or preferred
