Eye Security, a cybersecurity company in The Hague, is looking for a working student to support its talent acquisition team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment while allowing you to balance your studies.
What you will do
- Find candidates for harder-to-fill roles
- Screen applications for junior and high-volume roles
- Turn recruitment data into reports
- Clean up and improve ATS usage
- Structure recruitment knowledge base
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
What you bring
- Fluent in Dutch and comfortable in English
- 3rd or 4th year student
- Available 20 hours per week
- At least six months of admin or office experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Career interest in recruitment
Nice to have
- Enjoy working with data
- Some experience with recruitment, HR, or an ATS
