About the job
Eye Security, a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up, is looking for a Channel Lead for the Benelux and Nordics region. This key role involves managing the full channel portfolio, driving revenue growth, and building an innovative cybersecurity product line that combines security with cyber insurance.
What you will do
- Manage the complete channel portfolio, recruit new partners, coach and develop the team, and scale operations to drive channel-led revenue growth
- Develop and execute partner business plans, design co-sell strategies, and create partner enablement programs
- Redefine processes for partner recruitment, onboarding, and management, particularly in new markets
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, execution plans, and resource allocation
- Monitor partner performance, implement enforcement mechanisms, and optimize partner productivity and profitability
What you bring
- 1+ years of leadership experience with 6+ years total in sales, business development, or channel
- Proven track record in partner management, channel development and/or new business sales
- Cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, or cloud storage background
- Fluency in Dutch language is required
- Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive and results driven
- Team player and thrives in a scale-up environment
Nice to have
- German fluency is considered a plus
