Flow Traders is a leading trading firm in Amsterdam. As a Senior C++ Software Engineer, you will lead the development of the Core platform and collaborate with engineers, quants, and traders.

What you will do

Lead development and global rollout of Core platform
Develop tools and frameworks for data-driven trading strategies
Collaborate with engineers, quants, and traders on requirements
Write software for exchange communication using APIs and protocols
Implement trading algorithms from trader and quant requirements
Investigate and resolve production issues

What you bring

BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
5+ years post-graduation professional C++ software development experience
Ability to write clean, reliable, and scalable code
Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Experience in parallel, asynchronous, and multithreaded programming
Interest in maximizing hardware and software performance
