About the job

Axon is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the Northern Europe marketing function. You will take ownership of the marketing strategy for the Benelux and Nordics region.

What you will do

  • Own the Northern Europe marketing function
  • Lead development and execution of marketing strategy for Benelux and Nordics
  • Manage public relations and public affairs campaigns
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events
  • Provide sales enablement and strategic insights
  • Manage relationships with agency partners and internal teams

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Expertise in digital/growth marketing, events, and public relations or public affairs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent English
  • Experience working with customers in Northern Europe
