PSI CRO is looking for a Site Management Associate to support clinical research operations in Amsterdam. This role involves coordinating communication between investigative sites and internal teams, while managing essential documentation and tracking systems.
What you will do
- Maintain databases and tracking systems
- Compile, process, translate, and file documents
- Communicate with company departments and external parties
- Serve as communication point for investigative sites
- Coordinate site-specific query resolution, project training, and vendor system access
- Receive and route mails and incoming calls
What you bring
- At least 6 months of administrative and documentation management experience in clinical research
- Life Sciences university degree
- Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
