Airwallex is looking for a Staff Solutions Engineer to join their Embedded Finance team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will act as a technical advisor for high-value implementations and work closely with sales on technical discovery and integration blueprints.

What you will do

Act as technical advisor for high-value implementations
Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures
Work with sales on technical discovery and integration blueprints
Troubleshoot integration hurdles and guide configuration decisions
Create internal documentation, playbooks, and lightweight tooling
Channel customer feedback into Product and Engineering

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
8+ years in technical pre-sales managing complex implementations
8+ years client-facing delivery in high-paced environment
Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects
Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with API-based payments integrations
Experience managing strategic enterprise engagements
Ability to thrive in fast-moving ambiguous environment
