Lucid Motors is looking for a Field Support Technician to provide technical support for marketing and sales vehicles. In this role, you will prepare, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles as a traveling technician. You will also support new market launches and studio or service center openings.

Provide technical support for marketing and sales vehicles
Prepare and repair marketing and sales vehicles
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles as a traveling technician
Support new market launches and studio or service center openings
Support a fast-paced growing business with expertise
Interact directly with customers at marketing and sales events

What you bring

Certified automotive technician
Ability to solve problems creatively in customer-facing environments
Attention to detail and passion for positive customer experiences
Flexible work availability and ability to travel up to 100%

Nice to have

Master Technician Certificate
HV Certification and EV experience
Car detailing experience
Experience supporting marketing and sales events
Experience in luxury automobile repair environments
