About the job
Wakuli is looking for a team lead for its Amsterdam Center location. You will be responsible for daily operations, training, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
What you will do
- Welcome guests and brew coffee
- Share the Wakuli story
- Ensure store cleanliness and positive energy
- Assign daily tasks and solve floor issues
- Build and maintain weekly roster
- Train and coach team members
What you bring
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality
- Fluent in English, preferably Dutch
- Strong knowledge or willingness to learn specialty coffee
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Available for at least 16 hours per week including weekends
