Adyen is looking for a Team Lead to manage its Salesforce Sales Cloud team in Amsterdam. You will oversee the team's development, facilitate Scrum execution, and drive alignment with stakeholders.

What you will do

Manage and develop the team including 1:1s, performance reviews, career progression, and administrative approvals
Foster a high-performing collaborative team culture
Facilitate Scrum execution by running ceremonies and removing blockers
Own capacity planning and align with Product Owner's backlog priorities
Manage technical debt remediation with Technical Architect
Drive functional alignment with stakeholders and provide reporting on project timelines

What you bring

5+ years experience in a fast-paced environment as Senior Admin, Product Owner or similar
3+ years as a leader
Experience managing or partnering with senior technical staff in a platform/engineering context
Proven track record of delivering Salesforce projects
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
