Adyen is looking for a Team Lead to guide their Service Cloud team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will lead a group of Salesforce professionals and shape the technology strategy for Customer Support. You will own the Service Cloud roadmap and collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

What you will do

Lead and develop a team of Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, and Business Analysts
Optimize planning, release practices, and cross-functional collaboration
Define and execute the Customer Support technology strategy
Own the Service Cloud roadmap and balance needs across global teams
Partner with regional and functional stakeholders to communicate priorities and progress
Guide Salesforce architecture, integrations, and best practices

What you bring

7+ years of Salesforce experience with strong Service Cloud expertise
5+ years directly leading technical teams
Deep platform expertise in architecture, customization, automation, integrations, security, and governance
Proven track record of coaching and developing technical engineers and administrators
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, enterprise system integrations, and AI/automation initiatives
Excellent stakeholder management skills
