DeepHealth is looking for a Technical Services Engineer to support customer installations of AI medical imaging software in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining installations, providing expert technical support, and collaborating with development teams to improve deployment workflows. This hybrid role involves on-call rotation and requires fluency in English and Spanish.

What you will do

Prepare, perform, and maintain customer installations of AI medical imaging software
Gather customer requirements and installation environment details
Provide expert technical support and troubleshoot incidents
Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment workflows
Support customers outside regular hours; participate in on-call rotation
Collaborate with development teams and document configurations

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Minimum 2 years of systems engineering experience
Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Solid knowledge of Linux, networking, and security
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Kubernetes, container orchestration
Fluent in English and Spanish

Nice to have

5+ years of experience preferred
Experience with DICOM standards, PACS, RIS, medical imaging workflows
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation (Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD)
Knowledge of monitoring platforms and observability tools
