The Entourage Group is hiring a Chef de Partie Pastry for THE DUCHESS in Amsterdam. This role focuses on preparing mise-en-place and dishes with precision, while supporting the pastry sous chef as needed. You'll work onsite in a dynamic kitchen environment.

What you will do

  • Prepare mise-en-place freshly and on time
  • Prepare dishes to correct recipe and quantity
  • Deputize for pastry sous chef when absent
  • Communicate anticipated shortages to sous chef or head chef
  • Study relevant subjects for future advancement
