Coface is looking for a driven sales professional to join the team in Breda and help expand market share in the mid-market segment. In this role, you will focus on building new business relationships and managing the full sales cycle, with a strong emphasis on strategic growth.
What you will do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with C-level decision-makers
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals
- Collaborate with internal departments for smooth client solution implementation
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and demonstrations
What you bring
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems
- Ability to learn and explain products and services
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch
Nice to have
- 2-4 years of experience, preferably in telesales
- Completed university degree
