About the job

Quantware is seeking a Finance & Growth Projects Specialist to support finance improvement initiatives and drive cross-functional projects. This hybrid role in Delft focuses on simplifying processes, leveraging AI, and identifying funding opportunities. You will work closely with Finance leadership on strategic priorities in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

What you will do

Support finance improvement projects across processes, controls, reporting and systems
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve Finance work including through AI
Take ownership of cross-functional projects and turn ideas into practical improvements
Support Finance leadership on strategic, analytical and operational priorities
Identify and apply for grants, subsidies and funding opportunities
Support export controls, sanctions and other regulatory requirements

What you bring

Strong academic background and genuine interest in Finance and business
Analytical, structured, intellectually curious, energetic
Proactive self-starter who enjoys improving things and taking ownership

Nice to have

Experience in a finance role within a high-growth technology company
Experience in a deeptech environment (e.g. semiconductors, photonics, quantum)
Experience with Capex heavy and manufacturing companies (COGS)
Experience with ERP systems and finance transformation projects
Experience with business intelligence tools
