Inter IKEA Group is looking for a Sourcing Leader to join their team in Delft. In this role, you will lead complex sourcing activities and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive effective procurement strategies.

What you will do

Lead complex RFx, supplier selections, negotiations and contracting
Turn business needs and segment direction into effective sourcing approaches
Work across different indirect procurement segments and supplier markets
Create competition and challenge established solutions
Work closely with stakeholders, Legal, Finance and other procurement colleagues
Coach Sourcing Specialists and share sourcing experience

What you bring

Strong experience in sourcing, procurement or category management
Experience from two or more indirect procurement segments
Track record of leading complex sourcing activities and negotiations
Understanding of supplier markets, commercial agreements and cost drivers
Experience working with senior stakeholders
Strong commercial and analytical thinking

Nice to have

Helped establish or transform a sourcing or procurement organisation
Developed sourcing processes, tools or ways of working
Worked hands-on with e-auctions or digital sourcing platforms
Introduced automation or autonomous sourcing into procurement
Helped others grow their sourcing competence
