About the job

At Robin Radar, you ensure that customers get the most out of their advanced radar systems. As the key contact after delivery, you manage service agreements and first-level escalations, working closely with product and customer success teams.

What you will do

Act as key contact for customers post-delivery to ensure service aligns with SLAs or warranties
Manage first-level escalations
Collaborate with customer success and product teams on service delivery
Monitor service and support subscriptions and proactively reach out to customers
Analyze KPIs on product performance and customer satisfaction, report to management
Relay customer feedback to drive product improvements

What you bring

BA degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with technical training or experience
Over 3 years of customer service management experience, preferably in industrial or technology sectors
Fluency in English and Dutch
Proficiency in Jira, CRM systems, and understanding of product lifecycle and configuration management
Experience with commercial and contract management
Customer-focused mindset with ability to de-escalate stressful situations
