About the job
Eye Security is a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up seeking a Senior MSP Partner Manager to join their established partner team in the Netherlands. In this senior individual contributor role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of MSP partners, driving ARR through joint business plans and go-to-market initiatives.
What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing MSP partners
- Create joint business plans with partners and set targets
- Recruit new MSP partners from personal network
- Drive pipeline and influence quarterly ARR through partners
- Organize joint go-to-market initiatives with marketing team
- Represent company at partner meetings and industry events in the Netherlands
What you bring
- 3-5+ years experience in MSP or cybersecurity space
- Existing network in Dutch MSP market
- Sales drive with experience in targets and pipeline
- Experience building business plans with partners
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Dutch and professional English
Nice to have
- Experience with cybersecurity products like MDR, EDR, or channel security services
