About the job
Cenosco B.V. is looking for a Senior Pipeline Engineer to join their team in The Hague. In this role, you will help shape the pipeline integrity roadmap and translate industry standards into functional requirements. You will also lead workshops, guide implementation projects, and represent the company at conferences.
What you will do
- Shape pipeline integrity roadmap with Product Management and Software Engineering
- Translate industry standards into functional requirements
- Author and review technical specifications and product documentation
- Lead business process review workshops for customers
- Guide implementation, configuration, and data migration projects
- Represent company at conferences and publish technical articles
What you bring
- 10+ years in pipeline integrity, preferably Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Petrochemicals
- Operator-side knowledge with accountability for pipeline integrity decisions
- Working command of pipeline integrity management practices
- Understanding of degradation mechanisms and mitigation techniques
- Familiarity with AIM or APM tools and digital integrity solutions
- Strong affinity towards AI, ML, and advanced technologies
Nice to have
- Masters degree in pipeline engineering or related discipline
- Chartered or Professional Engineer status
- Knowledge of pipeline standards like ISO, NACE, or AMPP
- Active participation in standards body or industry working group
- Track record of published papers or conference presentations
- Experience implementing or owning pipeline integrity software
