Eye Security is looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the long-term vision and strategy for Managed Detection and Incident Response (MDR, EDR, and IR). In this role, you will define the product roadmap, drive discovery practices, and mentor junior team members. You will also partner with Product Marketing and manage external relationships with technology providers.
What you will do
- Own and communicate long-term product vision and strategy for MDR, EDR, and IR
- Define and own product roadmap for MDR, EDR, and IR
- Drive discovery practices to understand customer needs
- Lead and mentor product managers and junior team members
- Partner with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategies
- Manage external relationships with EDR vendors and MDR technology providers
What you bring
- 7+ years of Product Management experience
- At least 4 years in senior or staff-level roles
- Deep cybersecurity domain expertise
- Proven track record delivering complex software products in fast-paced environments
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Startup or scale-up background at a high-growth company
- Experience building or scaling product management teams and processes
- Exposure to OKR-driven product development
- Experience with MSP or partner-led go-to-market models
- Track record of navigating successful product pivots
