About the job

B&S International is looking for a Sales Support professional to join their Duty Free Europe team in Dordrecht. In this hybrid role, you will ensure smooth order processing and act as a key link between customers and internal departments.

What you will do

  • Coordinate the entire order process from start to finish
  • Maintain daily contact with customers
  • Prepare quotations
  • Ensure correct and timely delivery of orders
  • Collaborate with Purchase and Logistics departments
  • Act as a key link within the organization

What you bring

  • MBO 4 diploma
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in supply chain or similar
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
