NTS is looking for a Teamlead Production to lead and develop a team of 20 to 25 employees at their Drachten location. In this role, you oversee departments like Assembly, Heat Treatment, EDM, and conventional machining, translating departmental policies into concrete team goals.

Lead and develop a team of 20 to 25 employees
Oversee departments such as Assembly, Heat Treatment, EDM, and conventional machining
Translate departmental policy into concrete team goals
Coach, guide, and develop employees including HR tasks
Monitor and adjust performance indicators like planning, quality, and registration
Participate in daily production meetings and coordinate with colleagues

Wat je meebrengt

At least mbo-4 or higher, preferably a technical education
Demonstrated experience in leading technical employees
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Affinity with technology and the high-tech manufacturing industry
Decisiveness, entrepreneurship, and a sense of responsibility
Good command of Dutch and English
