About the job

Arvato is looking for an Assistant Supervisor to support the daily operations in their warehouse in Echt. In this role, you will coordinate activities on the floor and help the team achieve its targets. You will also contribute to process improvements and ensure smooth workflows.

What you will do

Coordinate daily warehouse activities on the floor
Coach, guide and motivate team members and line leads
Create daily workforce planning based on volumes and staffing
Monitor KPIs such as productivity and quality
Identify bottlenecks and act quickly when needed
Contribute to process improvements during implementation

What you bring

MBO level of education or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in logistics
Fluent in English
Strong coordination skills and ability to maintain overview
Ambition to grow and take on more responsibility

Nice to have

Experience with WMS/ERP systems and Excel
