About the job

Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at their location in Gennep. In this role, you will coordinate the team and ensure smooth processes throughout the day.

What you will do

Coordinate daily warehouse operations
Lead daily meetings with Team Leaders
Monitor and adjust processes throughout the day
Manage staff scheduling with Workforce Planning
Coach and motivate the team

What you bring

MBO working level with experience or HBO starter
Minimum 1 year as Supervisor or 2 years as Assistant Supervisor
Experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP
Good command of English
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Fulltime availability and willingness to work shifts
