Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a Financial Analysis Lead to own and develop the pricing framework across products, markets, merchants, and customer segments. In this hybrid role based in Heerenveen, you will partner with Commercial, Product, Finance, and Risk teams to design pricing proposals and translate financial data into actionable strategies.
What you will do
- Own and develop pricing framework across products, markets, merchants, and customer segments
- Partner with Commercial, Product, Finance, and Risk teams to design pricing proposals
- Perform quantitative pricing impact assessments and translate financial data into strategies
- Monitor pricing performance against macroeconomic indicators and portfolio risk profiles
- Establish pricing governance, decision rights, and reporting
- Lead, coach, and develop the pricing team
What you bring
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- At least five years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, credit strategy, product management, or senior programme management
- Ability to build financial models and evaluate scenarios
- Understanding of national and European institutional and regulatory context
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Leadership experience and collaborative approach
Nice to have
- Fluency in German
