Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to manage the full recruitment process at two locations in Echt. In this hybrid role, you will advise hiring managers, source candidates, and collaborate with HR and employer branding teams.
What you will do
- Manage full recruitment process from intake to offer
- Advise and challenge hiring managers on recruitment strategies
- Source candidates and build talent pools
- Collaborate with HR, sourcing, and employer branding teams
- Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Act as recruitment partner for managers at two locations
What you bring
- HBO-level working and thinking ability or equivalent
- At least five years of recruitment experience
- Excellent command of English
- Experience managing vacancies independently
- Experience with sourcing and proactive candidate approach
- Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment processes
Nice to have
- Speaking Dutch
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations recruitment
