About the job
At Bertelsmann-Jobs in Gennep, you take full ownership of operational performance, account management, and P&L. You lead a multidisciplinary management team and drive continuous improvement and strategic growth within key accounts.
What you will do
- Take full responsibility for operational performance, account management and P&L
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- Identify and develop commercial opportunities within the account
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary management team
- Drive continuous improvement, change and new implementations
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent working and thinking level
- Extensive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Account Management or comparable environment
- Proven experience with P&L responsibility and managing a large complex operation or business unit
- Strong experience in strategic account management and building relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- Track record in leading and developing management teams, driving change and improving business performance
- Strong financial and commercial acumen combined with an operational mindset

- Dutch language advantage
