Inventory Coordinator

About the job

Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join their team in Lelystad. In this role, you will maintain accurate inventory overviews and analyze data to improve stock processes. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders on stock-related topics.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory overview at operational and system level
• Analyze inventory data and coordinate cycle counts
• Monitor inventory performance against SLAs and report results
• Identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy and processes
• Act as point of contact for Operations, Account Managers and customers on stock topics
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand issues and find solutions

What you bring

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar
• Good command of English
• Affinity with ERP/WMS systems and AI tools
• Strong analytical skills and interest in logistics and automation
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Structured and accurate working style with stakeholder communication skills

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in inventory or stock management
• Dutch language advantage
• Experience with Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Teams
