Bertelsmann-Jobs is seeking a Head of Tech for its Netherlands operations, based in Gennep. This executive will define and execute the Dutch Tech strategy, leading growth, profitability, and market expansion across multiple locations.

What you will do

Define and execute Dutch Tech strategy aligned with global roadmap
Lead growth, profitability, market expansion, and strategic investments
Lead Business Directors, Site Directors, and leadership teams across multiple locations
Build executive-level relationships with key technology customers
Drive major customer implementations, automation initiatives, and transformation programs
Identify new business opportunities and accelerate commercial growth

What you bring

20+ years of leadership experience in contract logistics operations
Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience leading large multi-site organizations with full P&L responsibility
Strong track record in profitable growth and business transformation
Experience managing executive-level customer relationships and senior stakeholders

Nice to have

Experience within Technology, Electronics, Industrial Technology, or Data Center environments
