About the job

NTS in Eindhoven is looking for an HR Business Partner to advise management and shape HR processes in a technical production environment. You will coach managers, optimize systems, and lead HR projects locally and internationally.

What you will do

Advise and support MT and management on organizational design, change, and HR activities
Execute and safeguard annual HR processes
Coach managers and employees on HR topics and shape learning and development
Translate HR data into management information and improvement proposals
Optimize HR processes and systems for scalability
Lead or support local and international HR projects

What you bring

HBO or university level, preferably in HRM or business administration
Persuasiveness and courage to advise at MT level
At least five years of experience as an HR advisor or HR Business Partner, preferably in a technical production environment
Demonstrable experience with HR projects and improving processes and systems
Strong analytical skills and working with HR data
Up-to-date knowledge of Dutch labor law and excellent command of Dutch and English
