About the job

NTS is looking for a Production Engineer to join their Mechatronics Assembly team in Eindhoven. In this role, you provide first-line production support and drive improvements on the shop floor. You will work on optimizing tools and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

What you will do

Provide first-line production support and intervene when issues arise on the shop floor
Propose and implement improvement initiatives for efficiency, stability, and quality
Develop and optimize tools, for example using 3D-printed solutions
Manage and implement changes through the Change Control Board
Analyze and solve problems using 8D and root cause analysis

What you bring

Bachelor's degree (HBO) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial automation, or similar
Several years of experience in production or engineering, preferably in high-tech or precision engineering
Knowledge and experience with process improvement and problem analysis such as Lean, 8D, and root cause analysis
Proactive, hands-on attitude and ability to switch between the shop floor and technical coordination
Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
