KRUSH Labs B.V. is looking for a Production Team Lead to oversee manufacturing in Eindhoven. You will translate engineering designs into scalable workflows and lead a team in a high-tech environment.

What you will do

Translating engineering designs into scalable manufacturing workflows
Leading, motivating, and training production staff
Maintaining manufacturing and QA documentation
Ensuring adherence to GMP/compliance standards
Working with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Control

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in engineering, robotics, or relevant technical field
5+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing
Experience in production technologies, assembly components, and electronics
Managerial experience
Fluent Dutch
