About the job

Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their legal team near Venlo. You will advise on corporate law and governance compliance with Dutch and German regulations while supporting entity management and group structuring.

What you will do

• Advise on corporate law and governance compliance with Dutch and German regulations
• Support corporate housekeeping, entity management, and group structuring
• Develop and maintain corporate governance policies and legal templates
• Prepare annual reporting materials, shareholder communications, and AGM documentation
• Support board meeting materials, corporate calendar, and follow-up actions
• Monitor legal developments and identify risks with mitigation measures

What you bring

• Academic degree in Law
• Minimum 4 years experience in Dutch corporate law and governance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High integrity, objectivity, discretion, and confidentiality
• Project management experience in implementing legal requirements
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience in cross-border or international environment
