KRUSH Labs B.V. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects in radar systems. Based in Eindhoven, this role involves managing budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams to deliver next-generation hardware solutions.

What you will do

Manage and deliver complex engineering projects and programs
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and strategic roadmap planning
Work across RF, Embedded, and FPGA teams
Lead and participate in design reviews
Define technical requirements with Product Owner
Drive handoff from engineering to manufacturing

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, hardware engineering, aerospace, or related field
Minimum 10 years of progressive hardware engineering experience
3-5 years of leadership or management experience
Experience with MIMO radar, beamforming, or automotive radar systems
Technical expertise in RF, FPGA, and Embedded
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
