About the job
Envalior is looking for an HR Operations & Services Lead to oversee the EMEA region. You will lead a diverse team, drive process improvements, and accelerate digitalization in a hybrid work setting based in Geleen.
What you will do
- Lead HR Operations and Services across EMEA
- Shape a connected, efficient and scalable service organization
- Drive process simplification, standardization and continuous improvement
- Strengthen payroll governance, service quality and operational excellence
- Accelerate digitalization, automation and responsible AI adoption
- Coach and develop a geographically diverse team
What you bring
- Significant leadership experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Payroll or Employee Services
- Passion for improving processes, enhancing service delivery and leading transformation
- Experience working across multiple European countries, ideally including Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to influence across functions and cultures
- Data-driven mindset combined with people-centric leadership style
- Curiosity about technology and how it can create better experiences
