Envalior is looking for an HR Operations & Services Lead to oversee the EMEA region. You will lead a diverse team, drive process improvements, and accelerate digitalization in a hybrid work setting based in Geleen.

Significant leadership experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Payroll or Employee Services
Passion for improving processes, enhancing service delivery and leading transformation
Experience working across multiple European countries, ideally including Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands
Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to influence across functions and cultures
Data-driven mindset combined with people-centric leadership style
Curiosity about technology and how it can create better experiences
