About the job
Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for an Assistant Supervisor for the Minifinish department in Gennep. In this role, you coordinate daily warehouse activities and coach team members to ensure smooth operations.
What you will do
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Coach and guide team members and line leads
- Create daily workforce planning based on volumes and staffing
- Monitor KPIs such as productivity and quality
- Identify bottlenecks and take action
- Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse processes
What you bring
- MBO level of education or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in logistics
- Fluent in English
- Legal right to work in the Netherlands
Nice to have
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems and Excel
