Business Support Specialist

About the job

Bertelsmann-Jobs in Gennep is looking for a Business Support Specialist to bridge operations, IT, and external stakeholders. In this role, you manage WMS-related change requests, analyze business needs, and support system implementations and optimizations.

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate WMS-related change requests with IT and stakeholders
• Analyze business and operational needs and translate into system and process improvements
• Execute and support testing of system changes
• Participate in and support projects for system implementations and optimizations
• Act as key point of contact between operations, IT, and external stakeholders

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Technology, Business Administration, or similar
• Fluent in English
• Experience with IT systems (ERP/WMS)
• Strong analytical skills and interest in logistics, engineering, and automation
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong team player

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP
