Production Employee

About the job

Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a production employee for assembly and quality control in Gennep. You will assemble mechanical or electronic components and inspect them for defects.

What you will do

• Assemble mechanical or electronic components according to instructions and technical drawings
• Calibrate equipment and components to meet required specifications
• Inspect and test assembled parts to identify defects or deviations
• Use tools like screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrenches, and measuring instruments safely
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation
• Meet production and quality requirements consistently

What you bring

• Pre-vocational secondary education level, preferably VMBO or equivalent
• Good command of English
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, manuals, drawings, and schematics
• Good communication skills and sufficient numerical insight
• Flexible and safety-conscious attitude
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and as a team player

Nice to have

• Experience in assembly or knowledge of production processes
• Practical experience with tools, measuring instruments, or diagnostic equipment
• Knowledge of SAP or WMS
