What you will do
- Monitor outgoing customer orders and ensure timely delivery according to SLAs
- Track transport exceptions and resolve operational issues through system analysis
- Analyze operational data and monitor KPIs, planning, and customer expectations
- Identify discrepancies between incoming and outgoing orders and collaborate to resolve them
- Support continuous process improvements by addressing operational deviations
What you bring
- MBO working and thinking level with at least one year of relevant work experience, or HBO starter
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset
- Customer-focused, proactive, and strong communicator
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment
Nice to have
- Dutch language skills
- Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems
