About the job
Monumental is looking for a Deployment Manager (Hub Lead) to oversee and manage teams on construction sites in Groningen. You will plan logistics, build operational systems, and drive growth with existing customers while owning the P&L of the deployment.

What you bring
- Minimum 3 years of management experience as startup founder, GM, or in operations, strategy, business development
- Native Dutch speaker
- Excellent communicator comfortable with diverse stakeholders
- Willing to do hands-on work
- Strong bias-to-action and execution mentality
- Comfortable in high-stress environment
