About the job

NTS in Hengelo is looking for a skilled CNC Miller to operate and optimize 5-axis milling machines in a high-tech production environment. You will manage your own production cell, ensuring 24/7 output and micron-level precision.

What you will do

Setting up, operating, and optimizing 5-axis CNC milling machines
Managing own production cell including robot loading and 24/7 output
Performing tool changes, offsets, and process corrections
Inspecting and measuring products to micron-level tolerances
Identifying deviations and contributing to process optimization

What you bring

Completed vocational education in Machining or Metal Technology
At least 3 years of experience as a CNC Miller with 5-axis milling
Experience in a high-tech production environment with high accuracy
Ability to read technical drawings and use common measuring tools
Proactive, quality-conscious, and takes ownership of machine and process
Good command of English in speech and writing

Nice to have

Experience with Heidenhain or Fanuc controls
